With or without an appointment I am greeted with friendly, so-happy-to-see-you attitude. They explain everything and take care of the smallest detail. At the time of my service the service area seemed very busy, so it took some time before I was approached by a service associate. Once I was greeted by the associate, I was asked if I had an appointment a busy, so it took some time before I was approached by a service associate. Once I was greeted by the associate, I was asked if I had an appointment and I acknowledged I did and was asked what for, which I stated my vehicle is making a rattle/vibrating noise when the driver door is closed and that it should be on the service order from the appointment I had made online at the Honda website a couple of weeks prior to my appointment and the associate looked confused as if he had never worked with appointments made online by the customer at the Honda website. So basically I had to tell the associate what the issue was as apposed to the associate looking on the Honda website to pull up my service order. The service staff does not appear to have training on pulling up a customer appointment schedule from the Honda website appointment scheduling. This is why I rated the customer service and overall experience the way I did. More

I went in for a diagnostic check on my squeaky brakes and a noise in my heater fan. Amanda called me within a very short time to let me know my brakes were fine, but since the brakes were not a Honda produc a noise in my heater fan. Amanda called me within a very short time to let me know my brakes were fine, but since the brakes were not a Honda product they will be noisy from time to time. I will not go elsewhere the next time for any service! My fan only needed a minor adjustment so my car was ready far ahead of what I expected. I have consistently had fantastic service at Hopkins Honda and will continue to see them for all of my service and future car purchases. Their service only seems to get better with each visit. I have noticed that now they don't ask if you would like a car wash, they just wash it! They also remove the identity tag before my keys are given to me so I don't have to remove it myself. All little services that make a big difference to customers. Of course, I love their waiting area which is always kept neat, clean and stocked with water, coffee, tea and my favorite cookies. I had a little accident with breaking my passengers side mirror unit. I called Hopkins Honda and Mike ordered the part I needed. It was in after a couple of days. I brought my car in and it took only about 45 min. to be fixed. I really appreciate the knowledgable and friendly service that I always get when I come here for service. I do not bring my car anywhere else for regular maintenance because I always get quality service here.. They usually give me coupon discounts if available also. More

From the moment I drove into the Service area, I was treated courteously, professionally and quickly. The customer waiting area is very clean, attractively furnished and amply stocked with beverages and treated courteously, professionally and quickly. The service I requested was completed on time and Chai thoroughly reviewed the routine inspection results with me before thanking me for my patronage and wishing me an enjoyable holiday. Pilot was not riding smoothly. Kara dug into history and noted that car tires were not serviced properly when they were replaced over a year ago.
