Worst dealer ever Do not deal with Glenn!!! It started out well he held a van for my family. After he got you sold he just up and leaves to deal with new customers and Do not deal with Glenn!!! It started out well he held a van for my family. After he got you sold he just up and leaves to deal with new customers and your left hanging never to return to finish the paperwork. I was there with my family a 2 yr old and 6 month old. It took over 3 hours to complete everything!!!! Plus I was over 1.5 hrs out of the location. My kids were not happy after having to hang out at a dealership that long. I've bought lots of cars in my life. By far Glenn has the worst person to deal with. After being frustrated I talked to other sales people Joe and Steve. They got things rolling and got my wife a car to drive my 6 month old around to put her asleep because Glenn never got the second key programmed to my van so my wife couldnt drive our car we just purchased. If it wasn't for Joe and Steve I would still be at that dealership until the next day. I would work with either of them never Glenn!!! The finance person made negative comments about me paying cash for the car. My finances is none of his concern. I will never return to the place ever to buy a car. Again to Joe and Steve they get my 5 stars. Glenn is a horrible salesman. Has a whole the dealership is very poor all around. More
Body shop bid I have taken my car to this deal several times. No complaints on their work. I bought my new Accord here, and even under factory warranty, the service reps lied to me about the cause of problems (e.g. when the air conditioner failed and the rear foot wells filled with water, the rep told me that a hard rain had blown water back through the ventilation system. Seriously!?!). My neighbor's sister worked here, and even she said the place was totally wack (in a BAD way). she quit - it was just too weird for her to deal with. More

Every time I would ask her a question she was pretty rude when answering my questions and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Yes I admit im not a car person but that does not mean I don't know anything and am stupid which was they way I was being treated by her. She blamed all her frustration against me on the heat which I get it can get hot but that is by no means an excuse to be rude to a customer. I have had better experience elsewhere where I wasn't treated so poorly and would not go back to this specific dealership. More

He gave me a reasonable value for my old vehicle (a Honda Civic), which Luther then sold at a high mark-up. My satisfaction with the price, quality, overall condition of the vehicle I purchased is great. The dealership maintains very generous hours for someone who works evenings and weekends. The billing person who originally assisted me, Nick Barum, was rarely available and didn't return phone calls. It is on his sevice that I am rating the dealership an Average customer service rating, not on Wes's service (as Wes was great)! Thank you for the great and pleasant automobile purchase experience. I always bring it here for service and I have never been disappointed. This time, Tim was the advisor and, as usual, I was met with a warm welcome, concern about why I had made the appointment, and reassurance that I didn't need to be concerned about the amount of time it would take as I had to pick up my grandson from preschool. As I waited for my car, enjoying my coffee, Tim twice came to me to let me know how the technician, Connor, was progressing and what I needed to be aware of. I was pleased with these informative sessions as I always find it stressful for my car to have its periodic check-up. Like most drivers, my car is important to me. I can't think of any place I would rather take my car to for service. I know they will do their very best and I can trust that everything will be well taken care of. Thank you Tim and Connor! More
