However, Pat was so genuine and calm in his demeanor, it kept the experience positive. He was honest and informative about the different steps and options involved related to trade-in and financing. Pat also answered all questions related to the vehicle and the purchasing process with ease and grace. We felt like we had an advocate for us in this process. Pat waited past closing to ensure the sale went through and to help transfer/install car seats in our newly purchased van as my two kids started to meltdown. I am so glad I did! Natasha was my salesperson and she was wonderful! I was undecided on which vehicle I wanted and she was excellent at explaining the features of each. I am not a techie but she is and she showed me how to set up all the techie stuff on my dashboard. She is a definite asset to Honda (I prefer to work with a woman salesperson). I walked out with a car I am loving (and I am pleased with the service as well)! More
