John Vang has been my sales person for 5 vehicles and is great to work with. He has gotten to know what I'm looking for and doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. Experience with Sue Lano at Luther Hopkins Honda I started talking to Sue Lano mid 2016 about a new CRV. We had several conversations. Then I went on vacation for 4 months and asked Sue to contact me I started talking to Sue Lano mid 2016 about a new CRV. We had several conversations. Then I went on vacation for 4 months and asked Sue to contact me in April of 2017 which she did. In the meantime she communicated with me. Not being pushy. I said I was going to test drive some Fords and she was totally good with that - all the time I just said my heart was probably going with the CRV. She was so helpful and gave such good advice to me. We talked many times. Test drive several times. She is just a gem of a sales person. Honda is lucky to have her. Unlike the Ford person who continued to email me even AFTER I said I had already purchased a Honda. Kudos to Susan for making this a great experience. Going from a 2004 CRV to a 2017 CRV Touring.
