One Worthy Vehicle and a (Fairly) Fair Exchange I purchased a vehicle I love through Wes Gauer. Wes was pleasant, accurate and reliable with the often-hyped information he provided on the new vehicle. He gave me a reasonable value for my old vehicle (a Honda Civic), which Luther then sold at a high mark-up. My satisfaction with the price, quality, overall condition of the vehicle I purchased is great. The dealership maintains very generous hours for someone who works evenings and weekends. The billing person who originally assisted me, Nick Barum, was rarely available and didn't return phone calls. It is on his sevice that I am rating the dealership an Average customer service rating, not on Wes's service (as Wes was great)! Thank you for the great and pleasant automobile purchase experience. It is due to Wes that I am greatly pleased with my Scion, and he deserved more credit for good customer service. But I had to rate the service overall, More

I always bring it here for service and I have never been disappointed. This time, Tim was the advisor and, as usual, I was met with a warm welcome, concern about why I had made the appointment, and reassurance that I didn't need to be concerned about the amount of time it would take as I had to pick up my grandson from preschool. As I waited for my car, enjoying my coffee, Tim twice came to me to let me know how the technician, Connor, was progressing and what I needed to be aware of. I was pleased with these informative sessions as I always find it stressful for my car to have its periodic check-up. Like most drivers, my car is important to me. I can't think of any place I would rather take my car to for service. I know they will do their very best and I can trust that everything will be well taken care of. Thank you Tim and Connor! More

I have never been disappointed in the friendliness and the quality of service received. There pricing is a little higher than some independent service shops but I'm counting on the quality of service to be higher and have not been disappointed yet. Keep up the good work. More

I have just purchased a 2014 CRV because of the reliability of my Accord and the work and professionalism of the dealership. Vern Pettis was informative, helpful, never pushy. I spoke with him several months ago and he kept my information and called me back recently asking if I was still interested in purchasing a CRV. I met with him, he took his time with me, explained my options and spent a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions. Thank you, Vern! More
Disappointing When we had our second child we decided to upgrade our family vehicle and wanted to purchase a honda odyssey exl with RES. Spoke with the sales rep ov When we had our second child we decided to upgrade our family vehicle and wanted to purchase a honda odyssey exl with RES. Spoke with the sales rep over the phone on monday and he promised he would get us a odyssey for an agreed price and a specific color that we chose. We also wanted to tradein our old vehicle and Sales rep told he would have to get the quote from his used car sales department and have to see the car in person. So we agreed to meet on a weekend. Everything sounded great until the day of the visit. We visited the dealership, drove 4 hours with a 10 weeks old baby and upon our arrival, the Sales Rep says "We are sorry the smoky topaz odyssey that you wanted was sold to a different customer earlier this week"- *Disappointment 1*. Then he said he might be able to get us one and proceeded with evaluating our trade in. He came back after 15 - 20 minutes only to quote us 2000$ lesser than what our local dealer offered for it. - *Disappointment 2* The above experience may sound like a normal dealership tactics that they have to play to run their business. But it was so frustrating that the sales rep did not let us know that they were sold out despite conversation with him on the middle of the week and on the day of the visit. With 10 weeks old baby travelling 4 hours just to turn around without purchasing the vehicle that was agreed upon over phone is just not so acceptable and ridiculous way to handle a customer. More

I started taking my vehicle to the dealer after getting an estimate for brakes that was higher at a different service station up the street from my house. This is a big place, and they do a lot of business, and they seem to be very efficient. I always cringe at paying for car repairs and maintenance, but I do have the feeling that the mechanics here will figure out the problem and fix it at a fair price. So far, I don't think they have lured me into doing unnecessary work on my car. As long as they remain trustworthy, I will continue to take my car here even if it costs a little more. I like the nice waiting room with free coffee, which makes it less painful if you have to wait. More

I bought a 2004 Nissan Altima for $1500 less than what other dealerships were charging, and it is as close to mint condition as possible...HERE'S THE KICKER: I discovered some issues after the 5 day exchange agreement had already expired—specifically, my low beam lamp burned out and I discovered an electrical issue with the cigarette lighter power port—well, I just emailed them and explained my situation and they took it in and fixed it for free! These guys aren't like their sleazy car salesman counterparts...clearly, there is an investment in customer service and appreciation that sets them apart. If you're looking for a used car and an honest salesmen, ask for Mike or Wes. This dealership successfully destroyed a modest chunk of my cynicism. More

My wife and I were in the search of upgrading our family sedan to something with more space, an SUV or a Minivan. After receiving a recommendation from our banker at Wells Fargo to connect with Lamarr at L sedan to something with more space, an SUV or a Minivan. After receiving a recommendation from our banker at Wells Fargo to connect with Lamarr at Luther Hopkins Honda we went over to see what they had to offer. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and set up with John Rosenquist as we found out that Lamarr had the day off. Having made specific arrangements with family to watch our 2 1/2 year old son we were on a time crunch to close the deal that day. When discussing our needs my wife and I were very clear on our needs and comfort level in terms of price. John had us test drive a CR-V and Odyssey to determine which would be a better fit. The Odessey was a much better fit for our needs but we were still skeptical on if they would be able to make it work in terms of price. The first quote brought out was $110 higher than our budget. We explained that we were very firm on our budget. After more waiting the price came down to within $10/month of our budget. Understanding that we had still not gone through the back-end sales process my wife and I requested that we have some time to consider the offer and grab lunch. John made a nice gesture and covered our lunch at chipolte. :-) After lunch, we decided we needed to check out a few more alternatives prior to biting the bullet. Ultimately we ended up buying a Toyota Sienna from Dave Letta at Rudy Luther Toyota. We were able to bump up to a higher trim level with more features, a better fit overall for our needs and Dave did an excellent job at listening to our needs up front and undercut our expected budget by $30/month. I would recommend either dealership but be prepared to sit for a couple hours and possibly having to negotiate your price down if you go to Hopkins Honda. If you would rather skip the games go to Luther Toyota. More
