They explain things clearly and I've never felt like any repair or work was being pushed on me. I really can't recall ever having a bad service experience. John Vang has been my sales person for 5 vehicles and is great to work with. He has gotten to know what I'm looking for and doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. John was especially helpful as we started looking for used cars for the kids. I don't even think about shopping around at other dealerships. More

However, Pat was so genuine and calm in his demeanor, it kept the experience positive. He was honest and informative about the different steps and options involved related to trade-in and financing. Pat also answered all questions related to the vehicle and the purchasing process with ease and grace. We felt like we had an advocate for us in this process. Pat waited past closing to ensure the sale went through and to help transfer/install car seats in our newly purchased van as my two kids started to meltdown.
