Sue responded quickly and with a much better price than other Twin Cities dealers and she was always responsive with communication. He showed us exactly what we wanted did not try to upsell us a vehicle or add obscene extras that were not needed. He was a pleasure and for once gave me a god impression of dealer salesmen. Our financial guru Adam Dietz reviewed our options with us, as it is part of his job. However, did not force or persuade us to use different financing, especially because we were pre-approved and new exactly what we were facing and wanted. Luther Hopkins Honda was by far the most pleasant experience we have encountered in a long time. This was out first experience with them but will not be our last. When it comes time for our next vehicle purchase, we will definitely be returning to the dealership that respects its customers and values their time. Christy More
