I was impressed with his knowledge and fair no pressure sales approach. When I was shopping for my 2017 CR-V I went to Harrison first and Luther Hopkins Honda. He used the same knowledgeable no pressure approach. I did a price comparison from another dealer and was deeply disappointed with their sales person's lack of knowledge and high pressure approach. I want back to Harrison and we finalized a sale. This is the 7th Honda in our family and I would recommend Harrison Engelby to my family and friends when they are in the market for a car and looking for a knowledgeable, personal, no pressure sales person. Hidden surprises from used car Got an used 2012 Honda Accord from the dealership some time back and had good experience initially with the car. However after couple of months the fr Got an used 2012 Honda Accord from the dealership some time back and had good experience initially with the car. However after couple of months the front bumper appeared to be hanging out at the right side and found the clamp was actually broken. This was not visible at time of purchase and appeared after only driving on rough roads. Now left with a restless experience to either fix it temporarily or replace the entire bumper which is going to cost a whole lot than getting a similar car at better deal. Also the under side of bumper had visible marks of damages. Update on experience : While I had hope to get the issue with car resolved , it didn't help much stated with reason of having the issue noticed after used car warranty period. While the warranty is applicable for normal cases in this case the hidden damage was not noticeable until a long drive with the car and it didn't pop up during winter as the bumper plastic was hardened. Also have noticed that there were touchups done near bumper and fender. Now had to either repair this at my own cost or trade in the car either of this leaves me at high cost which is unbearable and costs me a lot of loss with peace of mind. This is my first ever car purchase and the worst as well. Never hoped this will happen from Luther dealerships. More
