Service department has been wonderful to deal with over the years; can't say I have ever had a bad experience dealing with anyone at the dealership. Natasha has been great in helping us bring together a competitive deal in a timely manner on the 2018 CRV we just purchased. The experience of taking delivery was first rate, all accessories installed and ready, a thorough briefing on all the technology in the vehicle, a straight-forward process with the finance person (Matt), having obtained a great finance deal too. Natasha is very personable and was as nice and understanding throughout the process as she could be. More
