They didn't what we were looking for but Phil said he would look into it and get back to us, within 48 hours he called us and said he'd found the the perfect mini-van for us! My wife is out of town this weekend so I went into test drive it. Phil was right, he had found the perfect mini-van us. This woman who swore she'd never drive one couldn't sleep the night before because she was so excited. They were able to do everything over email and phone, so when I walked in I just needed to sign. We've had some killer experiences before, so we definitely had our guard up. But Colin was wonderful and patient. The cookies in the waiting area didn't hurt either. :) More
