We understood this was an "as is" deal but to be able to get into the car with the keys provided seemed like a fairly primary expectation. Also had to have back brakes redone within 24 hours as they were rusted, not unsafe as they "checked out" on the 50%+ scale but none the less... We called about a specific used car that was advertised and Philip had it out and waiting for us when we arrived. We also had a last minute insurance issue and Philip was quick to help us with a solution. More
