When we were ready to finalize, Natasha helped us to get us a competitive price for the new car and trade in value for the 2011 CRV. She efficiently got together all the needed paperwork to assist in the final business office meeting. Sue Lana is tops! Sue is competent, helpful and makes purchasing a car -fun! She even delivered my car to my home over her lunch hour!
