Recent experience I am always treated with respect and utmost courtesy by everyone. There are a couple of things that bothered me though about my recent visit. I came in to have a lost key replaced and was given 3 different price quotes. Then when I went to pay I was charged an additional $9.80 shop service fee that hadn't been mentioned. When I questioned this additional fee I was told it was a routine charge that was charged to everyone. Maybe a bit more transparency would be in order. Thanks. More
