New CR - V Hello, Overall the experience was good. The sales rep was very good. The person who was in the accounting office and did the final lease papers seemed not happy and a bit irritated , so it was not really pleasant point. We took car our new CRV on Saturday returning our previous Honda CR- V in the great shape and very low miles and a bit earlier ( 4 days sooner then our lease ended ) . The new car we took , however , ruined our plans on the Sunday morning because did not start. We had to call Honda Road Side assistance ( you can check records if you want to ) , as a result we lost our weekend due to this event and all our plans had to be changed. That was sad . We hope that the car will perform to our expectations.... We had been your customer for over 12 years. More
