The first time we came to get the vehicle, they had it for more then 24 hours and were only able to get the box liner done. So we made another appointment to get all of the additional work done. Not only did the service department not contact us by the end of the day as promised, but they were closed the following day AND left the vehicle in the shop, so we were truckless for an extra 2 days. Monday morning comes around and they only put the tires on, no fender flares or dent/scratch repair! Absolutely terrible service. We were also denied a lender vehicle, so my husband was using my little car as a work vehicle for tools/parts, meanwhile I’m stuck at home with a toddler and due with our second any day now. Great job selling the vehicle ford, but you guys are terrible at service. Would not recommend these clowns to anyone. More

Once the deal was completed, Corey took the time to connect my wife's phone to the bluetooth system and explain each and every function of the vehicle. They were all great and made the experience pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Ford to anyone! More
