First, 4 people didn't show up for work on time so the line took a lot longer than normal. Also, the technician didn't get the diaper underneath my pickup installed properly after my oil change so it was line took a lot longer than normal. Also, the technician didn't get the diaper underneath my pickup installed properly after my oil change so it was dragging going down main street. That's not the first time I've had that issue there. It's a Ford F-150 so I can't understand why it's so hard to get that put on properly. More

Anna was amazing to help me pick tires and set up my appointment. Appreciate greatly the ride to work when I left my truck. When I walked in at 7:30 to drop off vehicle there were 4 employees in serv appointment. Appreciate greatly the ride to work when I left my truck.
