The service appointment was spot on! They had my parts for scheduled appointment. They kept me updated and work was done in a reasonable time. They had my parts for scheduled appointment. They kept me updated and work was done in a reasonable time. More
Disappointed a bit, as i had put the request to put the end cap in place on the foot rest on the brand new Bronco, since they were doing tire rotation it was very easy to lift the car on hydraulic jack, un end cap in place on the foot rest on the brand new Bronco, since they were doing tire rotation it was very easy to lift the car on hydraulic jack, un screw the end cap put it back in place and screw it back. But the technician came up to me and said, sorry i could not do it, may be next time when you leave it for service. You asked for feed back. Rather than punching 1,2, 3 i gave you the real feed back for improvement in quality of service. More
They are good about letting me know if there’s other things that need to be done. The gentleman that I was working with was very informative and patient and I appreciated that. Only issue I’ve had the p things that need to be done. The gentleman that I was working with was very informative and patient and I appreciated that. Only issue I’ve had the past few times is my odometer reading is always entered incorrectly into the system so it never matches my actual odometer reading. Little annoying but the overall service is good. More

I made an appointment to have my 2014 Ford Focus checked due to yet another problem with the transmission, that Ford admitted in writing, with the statement the car should be look at if it demonstrates symp due to yet another problem with the transmission, that Ford admitted in writing, with the statement the car should be look at if it demonstrates symptoms consistent with TCM malfunction. My car is including stalling upon acceleration from a stop. I was in communication with Luther 3 times prior to bringing my car in. Not once did anyone tell me that Luther was charging a $150.00 “diagnostic” fee for testing for a code related to TCM. I only learned about this fee once I was at the appointment and my parents drove from out of town to Fargo in two cars because I needed transportation during the time my car was in the shop (when I made the appointment I was told a day or longer depending on if it needed the part). When I checked in, I was told although my car was exhibiting symptoms consistent with TCM and Ford stated the car should be looked at, the charge would be charged. I did ask if the code did not show if the $150.00 included further diagnostic. The answer was no further testing would equal more money. My car is stalling in traffic. That is a safety issue. Ford recommended having the car be looked at if symptoms were present. My parents had taken time off of their schedule to drive a car to Fargo for me to use. I felt completely stuck. My car was operating in a way that caused the potential for an injury to myself or others. Ford themselves sent out the notice to seek diagnosis. For someone with the financial to take a $150.00 hit this would be not a big deal. I am not that person. My budget does not have that wiggle room especially considering there’s an ongoing transmission issue that is increasing in frequency and intensity. And even with that said, my biggest complaint and why I would never recommend Luther to anyone, is the fact that not once was I told about the fee and that it would be charged no matter the outcome of TCM code test. To me that is disrespectful at best and close to unethical if not unethical as a business practice. No, 0 stars reflects my thoughts. My car has had over 20 checks for issues related to the transmission since I purchased in 2016 including a clutch replacement in 2019. I have not yet once had an experience that I would say is positive and equaled respectful customer service. More
