Look at my other reviews on Google and you'll see consistent five starts so a one star is extremely rare from me. I gave a one start because I was charged over $400 for a synthetic oil change I was q consistent five starts so a one star is extremely rare from me. I gave a one start because I was charged over $400 for a synthetic oil change I was quoted just over $200 prior to arrival. No one let me know that adding an oil filter would double my price to well over $400. I agreed to an inexpensive air filter but not an oil filter which I had just changed on my last oil change. I didn't need or want to spend an extra $200 to replace a nearly new oil filter. Wouldn't it be nice to be given a quick courtesy call prior to increasing my oil change to over $400 which I would have turned down? They did give me a 10% discount on pick up but that still made my bill over $400 total. More
