The person who told me my car was done must not have known that not both break light abs turning signal bulbs, as I’d requested, had not been replaced. I paid and drove away, but soon realized the t known that not both break light abs turning signal bulbs, as I’d requested, had not been replaced. I paid and drove away, but soon realized the turn signal was still not working. I brought my car back the next when I had time and asked why only one bulb had been replaced. On the sheet, I had only paid for the break light bulb, but there was nothing to indicate why the other bulb was not also replaced. The manager came out to explain that the turn signal bulb wouldn’t work even after they replaced it and I needed to get an appointment to fix a possible wiring problem. Which I am fine with and I called and booked an appointment, just wish I had been told the situation right away. The manager was very helpful and seemed worried I would be upset. I’m not mistakes happen, but in the future, it would be a good idea to put on the paperwork at least what had been done or tried and why the original request wasn’t completed as asked. That way the person letting us know our car is done can give us a heads up. More

Quick Lane is anything but quick. First attempt at an oil change, I was told it would be five hour wait but I was free to leave my vehicle. Maybe if you limited the bays to oil changes only instead of offering tire balance and rotation, which the two owners before me opted for, you'd have better success in turning oil changes? Also, up-selling to the ignorant must be lucrative! I was told by the lube tech that they recommended that the air filter be replaced. I personally replaced the filter four days before my visit. More
