Brian explained what their process was with this problem. Brian kept me informed as the process advanced on my truck. I was given a cost estimate and would be informed if any other issues were found. Brian kept the cost estimate per his quote while making sure the problems were addressed properly. Having worked at a local repair shop s I understand how important the relationship is between service tech & customer. Brian Bendickson also knows this & is excellent with both issues.
