oil change I came in for an oil change. I had a rewards coupon from the dealership that had expired. I asked if I could use it and the young lady at the coun I came in for an oil change. I had a rewards coupon from the dealership that had expired. I asked if I could use it and the young lady at the counter said sure. When my vehicle was done, a young man approached me and said that they applied the coupon and wanted to thank me for my continuous patronage of his dealership. That was very appreciated that someone actually thanked me. Nice job More

Poor weather-great service My wife had a flat tire so I dropped it off to be repaired. Originally they were talking about closing at 4 PM and my wife had to work until 4:30 but when Terry called my wife she said they would stay open longer, so my wife was able to get there and get the new tire put on, and the donut put away. Great relief with the awful weather and both of us having to work that day. More

Got sync up to date I just bought the car a few weeks ago and had to bring it in to get the sync system up to date. Tyler, the salesman who sold us the car, went above and beyond to offer great customer service. He recognized us waiting in the lobby, asked how we were liking the car, and chatted for a bit. He then found out we would have to pay for the update since it wasn't covered under the warranty or extended warranty we purchased, but he offered us a free oil change voucher to use in the future to make up for it. Everyone we have worked with at Luther so far as been great! More
