Called to get some warranty work done on my 2019 F250 . Told Steve I hadn’t purchased it from Luther that’s when everything changed. His voice , attitude and willingness to help. Very long wait! Oil leaking!!!! It’s usually a 2 to 4 hour wait. This time my truck leaked all over my garage floor!!! No compensation for this headache at all! Oil change I had to schedule my oil change 3 weeks out. I was surprised I could not get an appointment any sooner. I will have to plan ahead next time.
