I scheduled the work when our two crews were completing training with the hope to get the trucks back before training was completed so the crews could get to their job sites. Staff at the service department were aware of the time sensitive nature of these repairs. I was very pleased with how quickly the got the trucks in and completed the repairs. I had the trucks back in service and ready for the crews way before they finished training. Administrative staff at the service counter was also friendly and efficient. He makes me hate it more and more every time I go. He won't listen to me. This time, when I drive into the garage and stop., he walked away. And didn't come back for about 5 minutes. Of course no one else would help me. He insisted I give him my phone number to write down. I told him I was waiting for my car. At the end he asked if I was leaving or staying... He made me go through a list of things that are recommended service items, even though I told him I only wanted an oil change several times. Question after question I said no to. He acts condescending, has no idea what customer service means. Every time I come he gets more and more rude. Get a clue, he needs to work under the car, not with customers! More

Now following the recall work I have a rectangular imprint on the passenger's side of the dashboard where the tech had to access beneath the dash to update the airbag problem. Sure it's a 10 year old car and probably doesn't mean much to others. I get that. I don't drive new and shiny. But it's all I have and have been trying to keep it in the best condition I can. Dealer service people were friendly and helpful but I haven't contacted anyone about my personal, albeit small irritation with this imprint now seemingly part of the look of the dashboard. Now I have another "nic" in the old girl for another reason for discount when I sell. Just a bit disappointing. To be honest, I no longer purchase nor have any vehicles serviced at Luther due to poor past experiences with sales. The only reason I did this time was for the sake of convenience. Doubtful I will be back for purchases or service. More
