The timeliness of service was an issue, but I believe due to delay in receipt of part and then having to reorder part which caused further delay. The dealership has always been very helpful. I called Saturday morning and asked how long the Quick Lane line was and the service advisor told me the line was long but to come down and he would I called Saturday morning and asked how long the Quick Lane line was and the service advisor told me the line was long but to come down and he would have one of his mechanics do the oil change for me.
