I was more then impressed, first my service advisor suggested I did not need my tires rotated ( my first oil change on 2020 car) and then they finished the oil change very quickly. I have been going to another dealership for oil changes and never remember them getting it done so quickly. Even the cashier was very helpful as I wanted to pay with my fordpass rewards and my email was in the system off by one letter. I previously had some recalls and check engine light taken care of here using the pickup/dropoff service and that was great as well. More

Getting service appointments goes well but the job wasn't finished well this time. Bolts weren't tughtened completely and my husband corrected tge problem when it became apparent to us at home. finished well this time. Was very pleased with how quickly they were to get to the bottom of the problem. I only wish they had their shuttle service back. When I went to turn on my windshield wipers after it snowed tonight, I realized that Ford hadn’t put back my wiper blade on the divers side. It was a little dangerous to drive back home.
