Luther Family Ford - Service Center

Came in for an oil change for my lease. Didn't feel welcomed, and they didn't put the little sticker in the window to let me know when the next change would be....I thought that was pretty standard. I went inside to the dealership to wait as I wanted to talk to someone about the Ranger, as my lease is up in a few months, but not one person approached me to see if I need some help. i even open the truck doors, looked around, and slammed them, but nobody looked up. People at the front desk were too busy in some sort of conversation about what they were doing the upcoming weekend. I've been a loyal Ford owner for years, and my Grandfather worked for Ford's during the 40's, 50's and 60's back in Detroit, but there are too many choices out there that people are falling over each other to get my sale. I guess I could always drive up to Grand Forks and check out their dealership..... More

I usually have a wonderful experience when getting my vehicle serviced. My experience on April 10, 2021 was not so wonderful. I spent 2 hours waiting for my oil change, beading fixed on a tire and havi vehicle serviced. My experience on April 10, 2021 was not so wonderful. I spent 2 hours waiting for my oil change, beading fixed on a tire and having my brakes checked. The service guy actually admitted that they had forgotten about me for a while. Not a great feeling!!!
