The service rep met me with a smile, checked and found by appointment. Told me it would be between 1 and 3 hours and showed me to the waiting area. My service representative, Steve, was very helpful, professional, and courteous in assisting me . I arrived expecting a rental and there was not one set aside for me. I had been told in previous phone professional, and courteous in assisting me . I arrived expecting a rental and there was not one set aside for me. I had been told in previous phone calls that one would be provided for about $30 for the day. Steve was able to eventually get a pickup for me, but I was a bit disappointed that it was at a cost of $60 for the 3 hours I had it. That was the only part of the experience that was a negative.
