My experience with Luther Ford was very good. The entire staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I first met with Roger and told him what I was looking for and he set me up with a test dr staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I first met with Roger and told him what I was looking for and he set me up with a test drive right away. While on the test drive, he evaluated my trade in and had the credit check completed. I was then able to go back to work and come back later that day. When I came back, the pick up was ready to go and all of the paperwork was ready to sign. Roger completed a walk through with me and I was on my way. They treated me fair on my trade in and got me in to the payment range that I was looking for. I would definately return to them to do business again and I would recommend others to do business with Luther Ford. More

I reached out to Terry @ Luther Ford after I got a quote from another dealer who recommended a change in my brake caliper when I went to change my tires. The dealer quoted me a price of $500 to replace the from another dealer who recommended a change in my brake caliper when I went to change my tires. The dealer quoted me a price of $500 to replace the caliper and brake pads. But on meeting with Terry (service dept.) he said that the calipers were perfect and did not need any replacement, however I would need to change my brake pads and replacing the pads would cost me only $180. What happened here was not only did I save a lot of money, but the commitment to serve the customer honestly. This has left a lasting impression on me of Terry and Luther Ford and a lifelong customer for Luther Ford Thank you Terry for the honesty and Thank you Luther Ford of Fargo. You guys ROCK!
