My salesperson worked (Dan Jordet) with me every step of the way and was there to answer one of the many questions I had during the pre-order and ordering process for my truck. He was always professional and very quick to answer me back. I also like the way Luther Family Ford doesn't try to hide any costs from you. They sell all their vehicles at invoice price and are not afraid to show you the MSRP price and Invoice price of any vehicle prior to ordering or purchasing. That is something I have never seen at any other dealer before! I was even eligible for one of Fords programs known as the X-Plan, but Luther's invoice price actually beat out the X-plan discount I would have gotten! I would highly recommend this dealership if you are planning to purchase a new Ford vehicle and not only because of the great customer service, but they have a first class facility that has plenty of room and lots of service techs that are there to meet your vehicles every need. Well done I have had my F150 serviced at Luther before and I am very satisfied with the work. They really pay attention to detail. The only thing I found a little hard to swallow was $220 to change sparkplugs and fuel filter, also they wanted to charge me $180 extra to change the spark plug wires. I replaced them myself it cost $37 for the wires and it took me a half hour to do? Also they charged me $20 to have a brake inspection that is free at other repair shops. They inspected my truck for any other problems they could find and they put I have a steering/suspension problem but they didn't say what they found wrong. Overall I'm very happy with the work done just not real thrilled with the price. More

Red F150 FX4 I hate buying vehicles….hate it hate it hate it. I have never found the vehicle buying to be fun or something I would want to do as a hobby. With that said about two weeks ago I decided to trade off my truck and upgrade vehicle. I searched some of the vehicle websites of local dealers and found a few trucks at Luther Family Ford, but I had questions so I called and spoke to Beret Ryland. Beret went through and took the time to answer my questions, did the research to find the answers, and help me clarify some of the inconsistencies of the online website. A few days later I spoke with Beret a few days later and we test drove an F150 XLT Super Crew, I liked this truck but was unsure if it fit my needs, Beret spoke to me and took the time to answer my questions, learned some things about me, asked my questions, was inquisitive, and attentive, learned more and more about me and a few days later when we met, actually pointed out that the dealership had an FX4 new that was in a similar price range that also met my budget that might suit my needs better. I agreed with him and am much happier with the truck that I chose, however with that said, if Beret had not been so inquisitive and helpful, I would have never even known that the truck that I purchased ever was available for purchase at the dealership. Beret was friendly and personable, he took time and I feel that I was treated with not only respect, but was never treated like a number. That is important to me; I work in retail and try to treat all of my customers the way that Beret treated me throughout the sales process. I would buy a truck from Beret Ryland anytime. I believe that Luther as a whole treats customers fairly and puts them first. With that said, I believe that Beret is just another prime example of the type of person that it takes to make a business successful, I don’t buy many vehicles but the next time I or someone I know need a vehicle, I will be looking for or referring to Beret. More
