Outstanding experience!! We drove from Grand Forks to Fargo to purchase my 2014 Ford Sport Explorer. Coming from a city that has several dealerships but yet not one of them se We drove from Grand Forks to Fargo to purchase my 2014 Ford Sport Explorer. Coming from a city that has several dealerships but yet not one of them seemed interested in selling us a car....I went on line and did an online chat with Luther Family Ford and found exactly what we were looking for! The employees were very willing to do business with us! The salesman, Andy Klawitter, had the vehicle right up front waiting for us to arrive. He was willing to stay late in order to make the sale of the vehicle!! Outstanding customer service!!! The finance manager, Shari, and Andy stayed an hour past the closing time in order to get the paper work completed so we could take the new vehicle home with us, without having to come back another day to pick it up. I can not say enough about how wonderful they were to us! Thank you, Andy & Shari for doing and outstanding job!! I love my new Sport Explorer!! More

Do not buy here!!! We drove from Williston, ND to buy a truck from this dealership because my husband needed a work truck. We made sure financing and everything was in o We drove from Williston, ND to buy a truck from this dealership because my husband needed a work truck. We made sure financing and everything was in order before we left Williston. 1 hour out of Fargo they call and tell us everything we were told about the truck was basically a lie. The 2 things my husband wanted in a truck was a long box and the pre-install kit for a gooseneck hitch. The dealer swore up and down that this truck had both those things. Well we get a call 1 hour out of town (when they actually went out and looked at the truck) and said the truck didn't have everything we wanted. That is why we called ahead of time BEFORE we drove across the state to buy a truck and you are telling me you couldn't get off your lazy butt and go look at the truck before we started driving over there?! Needless to say we were very upset...and they didn't even try to make it right. They just wanted to make the sale. Worst customer service I have had from a dealership and believe me we have A LOT of experience. Never going back and hopefully you lose all your business from this side of the state. Thanks for nothing Luther Family Ford. More

My salesperson worked (Dan Jordet) with me every step of the way and was there to answer one of the many questions I had during the pre-order and ordering process for my truck. He was always professional and very quick to answer me back. I also like the way Luther Family Ford doesn't try to hide any costs from you. They sell all their vehicles at invoice price and are not afraid to show you the MSRP price and Invoice price of any vehicle prior to ordering or purchasing. That is something I have never seen at any other dealer before! I was even eligible for one of Fords programs known as the X-Plan, but Luther's invoice price actually beat out the X-plan discount I would have gotten! I would highly recommend this dealership if you are planning to purchase a new Ford vehicle and not only because of the great customer service, but they have a first class facility that has plenty of room and lots of service techs that are there to meet your vehicles every need. More
