Shari would set up every thing that best suits you and answer any question you have. James, showed me all the setting for every thing on the steering wheel and dash, set up Bluetooth and every thing. I have used Luther Fords service and quick Lane oil change departments and every body has been great. What I like is they listen (Sales consultants, the service writers, oil change consultants) to what you say and than try to help you in every way. Met Brent, great guy. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dan Jordet, one of the sales staff. He was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. The finance guy we sat down with was also very courteous and knowledgeable. The whole staff at Luther Ford was very professional from start to finish. Their vehicle prices were also more than fair. We paid $4000 - $5,000 less for our loaded Mustang GT at Luther than we would have at other area Ford dealerships for the same car with less options. Definitely a 5-Star experience! More

I was very familiar with my new F-150, so instead of telling me things I already knew, Jerry focused on sharing new things related to the aluminum body, aftermarket parts, what working and what's not working - even if they were for parts, accessories or service that wasn't from Luther. I do a lot of research on vehicles and don't need much help from a sales person, but I do appreciate when someone tailors the experience to giving overall advice instead of trying to impress me with their memorization skills regarding Ford marketing materials. I would shop there again. More
