Took forever. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I had to wait 50 minutes, after the SUV was inside the building. Was that ever fast. I was looking for a vehicle we could use when we went to Mesa. I checked out, over and over, the dealerships in the Mesa Area. I just happened to be on the web and thought I would look at Luther here near home, (only 90 miles away), I asked for some information on the type of vehicle I was after from Luther Ford. Monica sent it right out, and had Tryg Letnes, now my salesman call me. I explained what I was thinking about and he went to Jeremy in finance and called back with information. This was Saturday Morning the 3rd of September. I asked gramma if she would like to take a drive to Fargo to look at a car? Normally the roof would have jumped and I might have been whipped, but she said sure. I called and said we were coming in. We left at about noon, stopped for lunch, Arrived at the dealer ship, Tryg met us, showed us the vehicles he had pulled up for us. I asked her to drive it, and when we retuned I asked if it was all right if we took the blue sedan and not the small suv type unit. She smiled, I said we would take it, Tryg filled out our paperwork, took the vehicle to be cleaned up, set us up with Jeremy, he finished the paperwork. We waited until they brought the vehicle back, then Tryg cleaned it again, what a guy. Well, we arrived back home around 6;30 that night and we are really satisfied with our new Fusion Energi. I had his business card and I sent him a link from Luthers website that had a truck I liked. I asked him to run numbers on it and he did. When I came into the dealership he showed me the truck I had picked out in person. He then said I actually have a better truck with more features AND will price out better through current incentives. Spencer showed that he is out to get me the best deal there and I couldn't thank him enough. He got me set up with a sweet F150 XLT. Northland edition pickup. My buddies are already drooling over it! Service We brought our Explorer in for front end repair. The service advisor was quick to get the information to me as to what was wrong and the cost to repai We brought our Explorer in for front end repair. The service advisor was quick to get the information to me as to what was wrong and the cost to repair it. The repairs were done as expected. I have my other vehicle serviced at Gateway Chevrolet. Every time I pick up my vehicle it is washed and brought to me. At Luther I had to find our car. The cashier said the car was in the South lot somewhere and it had not been washed. Overall good experience but I think Gateway Chevrolet is better. More
