This was the second time we worked with our salesman, Roger Holland. He was awesome to work with again. He made sure to get us a great vehicle that was in the right price range. (My little boys also loved the cookies and Hot Wheels cars they received from Luther Family Ford!) More

Regular oil change and checklist items! Service exceeds expectation always! I was first in line before business opened for the day. Once open, I received a very friendly greeting, was aske Service exceeds expectation always! I was first in line before business opened for the day. Once open, I received a very friendly greeting, was asked what I needed today to which I replied, "a routine oil and filter change and checklist inspection". After signing the work order, I was asked if I needed a ride or was going to wait. I said wait and was invited to go into the showroom to enjoy a beverage and relax until the work was done. Upon completion of the work the service rep reviewed my check list and informed me I had a very slight oil leak. He asked that I watch it and come in if I felt it needed repair attention. I redeemed my $20 service coupon and was graciously helped at the pay counter by the clerk. She was most pleasant and invited me to see the $550K Ford vehicle in the showroom. As always I am very please with the Luther Family Ford organization. More
