Great mechanic work, okay customer service I got my tire replaced, and the tire as well as the mechanic were great, but the man talking to me about the vehicle and different options for it coul I got my tire replaced, and the tire as well as the mechanic were great, but the man talking to me about the vehicle and different options for it could have been a bit more talkative with eye contact. Amy appointments for Thursday? “Nope.” Friday? “Nope.” Ok. Really, Buddy? So sorry to bother you. Make as little an effort as you possibly can. Came in at 7am on Friday. Fast, efficienct, and satisfied with service. Was an eyelash away from going to Lunde and never stepping foot back at Luther. I’ve bought 8 new Fords from there, and the service is hit and miss. More
