He spent plenty of time walking us through our new suv at delivery and explained all the new technology and controls. He set up our phones too so we didn't have to fool around with that. A few months before we traded I had to have a wheel bearing replaced on the old vehicle. I looked up (googled) what an average repair like that ran and Luther was right on the industry average so that made for a good experience.
