The service department recently went above and beyond for us covering the cost of a repair done by another Ford dealer that wouldn't honor the vehicle warranty. Now that is great service! More

Great service, but security is concerning Great service, fast oil changes (I was third in line when I arrived without an appointment, and I was still done and gone in less than an hour). However, I am concerned about the oil change staff leaving vehicles unlocked before and after the oil change. I keep many expensive items in my vehicle year-round, and completely unloading it several times a year just so I can get an oil change is not feasible. It's obviously more convenient for staff to leave the vehicles unlocked before and after service, but it isn't the best policy for security of the customer's belongings. You already need/have the keys so the vehicles can be moved in and out of the bays as needed, so locking/unlocking wouldn't require significant extra effort. Please consider changing this policy. More

Check engine light I called to get my truck in for a check engine light, was told they were booked all week. I asked if I dropped it off if the could work it in if there I called to get my truck in for a check engine light, was told they were booked all week. I asked if I dropped it off if the could work it in if there was a cancellation, they said yes. Brian called me the next morning, the had already troubleshot the problem. He worked with my extended warranty and had the work completed by noon. VERY happy with the service. More
