Excellent service is the standard! I tool my Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there I requested assistance with syncing my phone and purchasing a tube of paint to t I tool my Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. Great people I was looking to buy a vehicle on Saturday the salesman (Tim) was the first to approach me while I was outside looking he asked what I was looking for I was looking to buy a vehicle on Saturday the salesman (Tim) was the first to approach me while I was outside looking he asked what I was looking for I told him and then he took me around to show me what the had after test driving two vehicles I told him which one I wanted then I was passed to Shari for the paperwork part. Now like I said it was on Saturday and they closed at 6pm both Tim and Shari stayed until almost 8pm to help me with the purchase of the vehicle. Great staff both were so helpful and friendly to me and my two kids. Thanks so much for your help because of those two employees you now hace a customer for life. More

Sales and Service are always great! As a company, we purchase and service most of our vehicles from Luther Family Ford. On the purchasing side of things we always get a great price and As a company, we purchase and service most of our vehicles from Luther Family Ford. On the purchasing side of things we always get a great price and are treated very fairly on trade value. The service department recently went above and beyond for us covering the cost of a repair done by another Ford dealer that wouldn't honor the vehicle warranty. Now that is great service! More

Great service, but security is concerning Great service, fast oil changes (I was third in line when I arrived without an appointment, and I was still done and gone in less than an hour). Howe Great service, fast oil changes (I was third in line when I arrived without an appointment, and I was still done and gone in less than an hour). However, I am concerned about the oil change staff leaving vehicles unlocked before and after the oil change. I keep many expensive items in my vehicle year-round, and completely unloading it several times a year just so I can get an oil change is not feasible. It's obviously more convenient for staff to leave the vehicles unlocked before and after service, but it isn't the best policy for security of the customer's belongings. You already need/have the keys so the vehicles can be moved in and out of the bays as needed, so locking/unlocking wouldn't require significant extra effort. Please consider changing this policy. More
