Excellent service is the standard! I tool my Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. Great people I was looking to buy a vehicle on Saturday the salesman (Tim) was the first to approach me while I was outside looking he asked what I was looking for I was looking to buy a vehicle on Saturday the salesman (Tim) was the first to approach me while I was outside looking he asked what I was looking for I told him and then he took me around to show me what the had after test driving two vehicles I told him which one I wanted then I was passed to Shari for the paperwork part. Now like I said it was on Saturday and they closed at 6pm both Tim and Shari stayed until almost 8pm to help me with the purchase of the vehicle.
