Best of the best I came to Luther Family Ford to look for a vehicle. I drove 150 miles to do so. I found a vehicle that I absolutely love. Took much longer then it was supposed to. They said it would be one half hour. Total was close to 3 hours. 2017 Raptor skid plate bolts left off after oil change Purchased new 2017 Raptor from Luther Family Ford Fargo. At first oil change (5000 miles) one of the skid plate bolts was left off after the oil chang Purchased new 2017 Raptor from Luther Family Ford Fargo. At first oil change (5000 miles) one of the skid plate bolts was left off after the oil change. Immediately brought to attention of service staff who found the left off bolt in the oil change bay. Bolt then installed. Second oil change at same facility (10K miles) was completed without incident. Third oil change (15K miles) done yesterday was completed with one of the skid plate bolts again left off. Immediately brought to attention of service staff who, again, located the left off bolt and then re-installed it. The service manager on hand (Josh) was apologetic, professional, and courteous stating, I believe, genuinely that this should never have happened in the first place, and this clearly should not be a recurring issue at the service facility. Josh assured me that he would personally make a note of these incidents in my service records, and see to it that this will not occur in the future during scheduled service appointments. The actions of Luther Family Ford, going forward, will clearly speak louder than their words. Of course, time will tell. More

When my wife and I went back three days later to purchase a new vehicle for her as well, Tony asked about it. When I told him what happened he took care of the issue. As of today it has been repaired. More
