He explained what was done to my vehicle and then escorted me to the cashier. The experience was great! The only thing that could be improved is that no one asked me what type of oil that I wanted. It was assumed that I wanted a synthetic hybrid. I actually wanted to try a fully synthetic brand. Next time I will speak up quicker. More

Unschedueled oil change As we always do we were treated very well. We pulled up into the line and within a couple minutes we were greeted. We were told that it would be approximately an hour before we could get in, which we accepted. Once in the waiting area we were asked numerous times if we needed anything to drink or snack on. Also were greeted by Terry and Roger of your sales staff who were very cordial asking how everything was going with the vehicle's. We were there approximately one hour and 20 minutes. Great job as usual by the Luther Ford staff. More
