We have purchased at least 15 to 20 vehicles; lost count! Our sales representative for most of those years was Magnus Thorstenson who has retired, and now it is Tim Zastrow. These guys are the best and bend over backwards to be of service. This is the only place we go to for maintenance or oil changes because we want technicians who know Fords and see them every day to service our vehicles. Service advisor Brian is like a good friend. When I walk in to this dealership I am greeted by name by some of the staff and by recognition from others. We feel like we get personal service and some times it comes at no charge like adjusting a loose mirror or checking an old battery. The bottom line is: Luther Ford Fargo is the only place in the midwest where we would consider purchasing and servicing a vehicle. More
