Oil change I pulled up to the service center and found myself seventh in line to get an oil change. I almost drove away due to the lineup. Alex called me the next day as we had prearranged to check on my decision, it was yes. When the vehicle was being cleaned etc. before I drove off the lot with my new Ford Escape. The employees noticed several very tiny hail dents in the hood and roof, that could easily have been missed, you had to look at the right angle. Right away Nathan the sales manager met with me and showed me and said we will take care of this for you. I have the appointment made to bring the vehicle in and fix the dimples. I have had the Escape for two days and totally love it, 100% right decision. I would highly recommend Luther Family Ford after my experience. Great people. More
