Alex called me the next day as we had prearranged to check on my decision, it was yes. When the vehicle was being cleaned etc. before I drove off the lot with my new Ford Escape. The employees noticed several very tiny hail dents in the hood and roof, that could easily have been missed, you had to look at the right angle. Right away Nathan the sales manager met with me and showed me and said we will take care of this for you. I have the appointment made to bring the vehicle in and fix the dimples. I have had the Escape for two days and totally love it, 100% right decision. I would highly recommend Luther Family Ford after my experience. Great people. More

Honda CRV Used car purchase I found the car in the Luther website. It had just been added to their inventory. I messaged the dealership about my interest and within a half hour I I found the car in the Luther website. It had just been added to their inventory. I messaged the dealership about my interest and within a half hour I was test driving several cars and never once felt pressured to buy anything. I had been to several other dealerships previously and the salesmen at those places didn’t seem very trustworthy. Andy talked to me about what price range I was able to afford and and was very helpful with everything. I paid a fair price and they added new tires and brakes as well. I would highly recommend Luther Family Ford to anyone and would definitely go back to them in the future for my next car. More

All staff was courteous and helpful. The waiting area was clean and complimentary beverages and snacks were available. It was a very good experience all around. More
