Painless process I went in to the dealership with a particular car in mind (2018 Ford Focus). I was able to take the car for a spin (along with 3 other adults with me) I went in to the dealership with a particular car in mind (2018 Ford Focus). I was able to take the car for a spin (along with 3 other adults with me) without the sales person coming along for ride to try to sell me the car. It turns out the Focus wasn't for me, and I decided to test out the Fiesta instead. I loved it! I took the time to think about it and test out other cars at other dealerships, but ultimately decided on the Fiesta. I was so pleasantly surprised how painless the whole process was. I never felt pressured, it was very laid back. And when I decided to make the purchase, I texted the salesman I was working with, and he had all the paperwork ready to go. My car was clean and fueled. I was in and out in 15 minutes (I paid cash)! And I got a really good price on it. I appreciate that there is no haggling; it really takes the pressure off and made the experience more enjoyable. I was very impressed with this dealership and would gladly do business with them again. More

I had the car for over a month, they took care of everything. I just have one question for Fofd. How do you stay in business? I have had this 2008 Ford Fusion SEL for over 144,000 miles, and it is good enough for another 100,000 miles.its great for us customers, but has to be a lousy business model LOL.
