He went above and beyond in my book, my wife and I decided its best if I go look for the vehicle by myself because we have a 16 month old at home. Its easier for him to make it through the day in his home than a dealership. Good thing to because my day started at 830 am on a Saturday and completed at 645 pm that day. Taylor and myself took it for the initial test drive and once I determined it was worth pursuing he then agreed to go back to our place so that my wife could be a part of the process and ask any questions she might have had. He was very patient and answered all our questions, the process was smooth and simple. The only thing that could have made it better would have been less hours at the dealership :) From there we went on to finance where we worked with Shery if I recall correctly and that process was simple as can be.
