oil change I came in for an oil change. I had a rewards coupon from the dealership that had expired. I asked if I could use it and the young lady at the coun I came in for an oil change. When my vehicle was done, a young man approached me and said that they applied the coupon and wanted to thank me for my continuous patronage of his dealership. Originally they were talking about closing at 4 PM and my wife had to work until 4:30 but when Terry called my wife she said they would stay open longer, so my wife was able to get there and get the new tire put on, and the donut put away. Great relief with the awful weather and both of us having to work that day. More

Great Experience To be honest we started out shakey. Some bad weather left our vehicle choices covered in snow and unavailable to drive. After a long drive to get there we were disappointed to say the least. That’s when the service kicked in. Bad stuff happens, recovery is key. We had to leave the dealership for other commitments but they catered to our schedule, made test drives work and offered to meet us anywhere our busy schedule required.
