Transmission Service Had scheduled Transmission service with Terry Burner for a potential shifting problem on my Ranger 4X4 - Service Manager (Brad Jordet) could not dupli Had scheduled Transmission service with Terry Burner for a potential shifting problem on my Ranger 4X4 - Service Manager (Brad Jordet) could not duplicate the reported problem on a test drive - We both went out - I locked it up into 4 high - the problem appeared - Service Manger suggested it could be a drive line windup problem because of a tire size problem or air pressure problem - went back and checked the pressures and adjusted - the problem has not reappeared - I will go back and do the service - I did not at this time - I was advised to drive for a while before service. More

Warranty repair I was waiting on a part for a warranty repair and when I called to schedule it wa several weeks out. HURRY TO SELL BUT NEVER TO HELP WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WAS TOLD TO COME IN AND LOOK AT CAR. TOOK FOR TEST DRIVE, DURING CONVERSATION WITH SALESMEN THEY SAID THEY HAD A PRODUCT RECALL ON AN AIRBAG, THAT THE WAS TOLD TO COME IN AND LOOK AT CAR. TOOK FOR TEST DRIVE, DURING CONVERSATION WITH SALESMEN THEY SAID THEY HAD A PRODUCT RECALL ON AN AIRBAG, THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE ONE TODAY OR BY THE END OF THE DAY. I CALLED THAT DAY AFTER NOT BEING NOTIFIED AND TEXTED THE SALESPERSON SEVERAL TIMES AND RIGHT BEFORE CLOSE THEY GET BACK TO ME AND SAY THE PART WASN'T IN. NOT SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, NOT WOULD YOU LIKE A RENTAL CAR, NOTHING TO APPEASE ME, JUST DEAL WITH IT, THE CAR IS SOLD THAT IS ALL THEY HAD TO WORRY ABOUT. IN THE SALES PROCESS THE SALESPERSON SAID IT WOULD GET AN OIL CHANGE AND CLEANED UP SINCE IT WAS COMING IN THE PREVIOUS DAY FOR A TRADE IN, IN THE FINANCE OFFICE THE PERSON WAS LIKE WHAT IS DONE IS DONE, AND I SAID THE SALESMEN SAID I WOULD GET AN OIL CHANGE, AND SHE SAID WHAT IS DONE IS DONE IN A VERY CRASS WAY, AND I SAID CAN I GET THE SALESMEN AND SHE SAID IF YOU WANT, I'M LIKE WELL THAT IS WHAT HE SAID, AND IT WAS VERY AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ME, ALMOST WANTED TO JUST WALK OUT IF I ALREADY HADN'T INVESTED SO MUCH TIME. SO NOW ITS THURSDAY, BOUGHT THE CAR TUESDAY BEFORE NOON, AND STILL HAVE NO CAR, NO WORD FROM ANYONE, AND IM VERY VERY UNHAPPY, DISPLEASED, AND OVERALL DISAPPOINTED. NO CAR YET, I FEEL LIKE THE PROCESS ENDS WHEN YOU SAY YES TO THE PURCHASE, AND EVERYTHING ELSE HAS BEEN A DOWNHILL EXPERIENCE FROM THERE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND HAVE HAD MANY PEOPLE ASK ME, AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY HAVE DID NOTHING FOR ME, DID NOT CONSOLE ME, GIVE ME ANY OPPORTUNITY TO AT LEAST HAVE A CAR OR FEEL ANYTHING BUT DISGUST AT THIS POINT ABOUT WORKING WITH LUTHER FORD.
