Unfriendly, difficult to work with Having an experience of two service workers join in to argue with a customer who is requesting a rental car ought not to be allowed. A one on one conversation is fine but a two on one is inexcusable. Being made to feel like an inconvenience because the automated service number was not working well and wanting to speak to a real person ought not happen. Being made to feel as though the gender of the customer was clearly being used to judge the customer's knowledge of vehicles is highly inappropriate and uncalled for. At this point, when the lease and the other car that is lease through Ford are completed, we will be going to one of the many other companies in order to avoid the service department at Ford. More
