Parts and service Well this is not the first time but 5 time working with ford to gets matters resolved... first last year my car wasn’t fixed right and gave me run aro Well this is not the first time but 5 time working with ford to gets matters resolved... first last year my car wasn’t fixed right and gave me run around... now I order a part that was put on hold, I come in the following day like we talked about and the part was sold!!! Then we decide to order the part which we were told would come in today and now the part got lost! Very disappointed and frustrated with ford... I have a car to fix, I wasted my gas going in because I do live an hour away... I’m will stop buying ford cars because this is just unacceptable!! More
