Willing to work with special request I was very happy with the prompt response that salesman Tim gave me when I was interested in a very specific car. I was not able to be present at the dealership so I was able to buy my dream car by using the website, via e-mail, and text. This was very important to me as I do not live in the F-M Area. It was nice to have the same great service that we received when we bought a new car at this dealership way back in 2005. More

not my best experience here for sure I have had many good experiences with Luther Ford but my last one was not the most pleasant. I called ahead for an appt to buy a leased car and was to I have had many good experiences with Luther Ford but my last one was not the most pleasant. I called ahead for an appt to buy a leased car and was told I didn't need an appt.. I was traveling from 180 miles on Easter Weekend so I didn't really want to wait around for an extended period of time so I called ahead 3 days for the appointment. When I arrived, I waited at least 15 minutes for someone from the finance department to come and acknowledge that I was there. He, of course, told me I needed an appt. which I then told my story of being told on the phone, I didn't have to make one. To make a long story short, I was able to get in and buy the leased car but it was after 2:00 and I arrived shortly before 12:30. I think an appt. would have corrected this? and was the main reason I called ahead to begin with. I missed by 2:00 appointment at another business because of the waiting time. There was one very kind sales person that did get the ball rolling after seeing that I was not the happiest person in the room. He assured me that he would get things rolling which he did and which I am grateful for or who knows how long I actually would have waited before I would have decided to leave - forever. More
