It's a pretty good feeling driving off the lot in a new set of wheels and everyone that I dealt with helped make the experience enjoyable. Driving a new car is fun and heck, buying it should be fun! They seemed genuinely concerned with making sure that I was satisfied. I didn't feel rushed or pressured but instead my wants, needs and concerns were a priority. Their service department has also been wonderful to work with over the past 6 years. They are incredibly accommodating to my schedule and have been very clear explaining any work that needed to be done - no surprises. I can't imagine why I would ever go anywhere else. More

New car purchase Ordered a new car from the factory and came in with a paint flaw and scuff marks on the bumper. I wanted them to get me a different car but they didn’t want to do that. They painted the fender and put on a new bumper cover. I feel like my new car is a “used” car. Also I called the salesman on a Thursday telling him I wasn’t happy with my car. He said he would talk to the general manager and service manager. Heard nothing from him Friday, nothing on Monday. Told this to my husband and he emailed the salesman. He got an instant reply. Clearly I was ignored by this male salesman. Totally disrespected me. This whole experience should have been a happy one. It was a very stressful and bad experience. We purchased three cars. One in April, one in June and one in July. I have no fond feelings for my car. Just reminds me everyday of my bad experience.
