Lack of communication I was told my oil change and tire rotate would be done in 45 minutes so I stayed instead of taking the courtesy ride. Went inside assuming someone would call me to ask what I wanted for oil but that never happened. When it was done I was told it was a semi-synthetic but I have no idea why that oil was chosen and I am confused why no one cared to discover my expectations. I was told part of the reason it took so long was two-fold: One, the lug nuts were tight (Maybe you need new pneumatics). Two, they disabled the block heater cord. I was well aware of the recall but was never asked if they should do this now and further delay me. Took 75 so I was now late for work. And now you want me to create a password and verify this is me? You sent me this survey! I am doing you a favor so you can improve your service and you add roadblocks. More
Above and Beyond expectations! Garret was a great salesman! Even came in on his scheduled day off to help us with a used vehicle! I couldn't believe it. The car hadn't gone through Garret was a great salesman! Even came in on his scheduled day off to help us with a used vehicle! I couldn't believe it. The car hadn't gone through inspection yet, so he reminded of that before we took it for a test drive and that way we could "watch" for anything we noticed that might need addressing. He wouldn't let us put it on hold until it had gone through inspection (that's just Luther for you) but we would have it on hold after the inspection right away. I had told Garret I could wait up to two weeks for the inspection if need be...but two days later, I couldn't wait any longer. Garret was so wonderful and had it through in no time flat. He reminded me on pick up day, that they don't wait that long, couple days at most. Then, Ben took us through the paperwork part and helped explain things so that I could understand them. He was very patient, and made me feel very at ease! When it came to the extended warranty, he explained and even made suggestions that he would do if it were his vehicle. Just great! Both Garret and Ben are huge assets to Luther and that is why we came back for our second vehicle from them. Initially, when we found the car on line, my husband emailed and asked about down payment or trade in and got an extremely fast response from someone, and then was told that they would contact Garret for us besides. What service and care from all of Luther's staff! I already know what the service department is like from our first vehicle and they get great KUDOS too! More
